What is psychic protection?
Psychic protection is anything which strengthens the aura and makes it impenetrable (as far as possible) to any unwanted or unwarranted energies which may try to attach themselves there. There is nothing unusual about this: indeed, we all do a basic degree of ‘psychic’ protection whenever we cross our arms in front of the solar plexus when in an emotionally charged atmosphere, or cross our legs away from someone whom we don’t want contact with. However, in today’s ever-intrusive environment – more people, more noise, more stress, less space – we often need to consciously take steps to improve our degree of protection. It must be remembered, however, that psychic protection is not about creating barriers, it is about being aware of oneself and others and of being in a positive space.
